It was here when I looked at it last night, but now it's gone. I tried to access it by going into my profile and my posts in that thread is gone as well...

Glitch? Maybe the Moderators didn't approve of the thread somehow?

I bets it's because matrix isn't a paying vendor here...

That's what I was guessing also; for some reason I thought they were... However, that thread was not started by Matrix though... Oh well... More parts in stock for me then...

Once they start releasing frames and jigs, I'm sure we'll see a bunch of new threads started

It's been several days since the thread was removed. Any word on who did it and why? Kind of strange.

It'll be back. Matrix fully intends to pay their dues to become a vendor so they can continue posting about this project later on. More than likely the thread was gaining a lot of momentum, and Matrix chimed in so it was seen as a vendor trying to push their product... Matrix needs a breather at the moment so they can do their due-diligence on this project (instead of answering a lot of emails/calls) so they present a good package at the end.

Sit tight, the project is in testing stages.

By the way docflash, I see in your signature that you're a P-Series Certified armorer, you can (if willing) put up some assembly/disassembly instructions/video and I'm sure that'll be very helpful when this project moves forward... I recalled watching a very detailed video long ago that helped a great deal when I was doing a complete break down of my P225/P6, but can't seem to find that anymore. If you have some links to good instruction that would help a lot!

Sure, I'll put something together. I'm assuming these will be built up with the folded steel slides.

These will be built with older P228 folded slides.

Thats if you buy the parts kit from matrix. You can build this with a p229 slide too. Frame is p229. I'm trying to find a decently priced 229 slide in 9mm for the second build.

Of course. One build with folded steel and one with stainless forged would be cool.
