How did a gun store get you to part with your money?

Carbine, pistol, mags, mag carrier, ammo, sling, holster, eyes, ears. That you have shot single gun matches before. Calibers 9mm and up. 1911 and m1a you would fit right in. But most people shoot AR's and glocks.

I'm not sure if I could make it on Sunday yet, but I'm trying to get it together. I've got a belt rig for my 1911 of course, but I don't have a mag carrier for the rifle. How many rounds / mag changes are generally required on the rifle? Also, what is the approximate round count of the match?

40 rifle usually max per stage. So mag changes depends on 10's or 30's. Approx 120 rifle/50 pistol. Always bring more. I can loan a rifle mag pouch if needed or just stick it in your pocket like most people.

Thanks! I was not sure if sticking an extra mag in your back pocket was considered OK or not. I'm hoping to come up Sunday. What time to you get started setting things up?
