If you get quick at stuffing rounds in the side hatch a thuddy-thuddy lever gun should be quite competitive in manual standard.

If you go with the lever gun Vince, I may be tempted to bring mine out too and then we can have a real run for the money in manual standard :-)

Better get a decent scope for them 200yd 8" flashers.

Hmm... I do have enough standard ammo to make major.. or I wonder if I should shoot the cast boolits in minor.. decisions, decisions I think I need to make it over to the 200 to see if I can actually hit that steel gong.. the 30-30 will make it.. since I used to do that in a 30-30 TC...

Nice. Calendar is marked. Will send in reg after SMM3G this wkend. Hopefully my gun will run throughout the match - jams/short-stroking cost me at least 2 places last year
