Hey Guys & Gals,

It's that time again. Last month we dodged a bullet with the weather and I'm going to try to do it again.
I have been watching it all week and it looks like we might get a little rain tonight, and then cloudy and cool on Saturday and Sunday.
So, I'm going to go ahead and set up the match and hope for the best.

I will also try to get Jack to send out an e-mail if I have to cancel.

A reminder, You will need a sling to hold your rifle in the muzzle down position in front of you for the shredder stage. You will be transitioning from an empty rifle to your pistol to finish the stage. If you do not have one I will have a loaner available.

It's 3:00 pm Friday and I don't have alot of time left, so if you post a question I might not be able to get back to you.

I am afraid you can't cancel this match. I already had the CA 3 Gun Championship in Bakersfield canceled and I must shoot my new goodies at a three gun match this weekend. I have chosen Piru and you cannot cancel it. Rain or shine, we will be shooting. Sorry. That is just the way it is.

I had a fun day and learned quite a bit. I would call this my first serious three gun match where I had the right equipment and was ready. Now I just need to work on my shotgun game a bit, especially slugs.

I will be trying to make this match every month. It was a lot of fun.

Thanks for posting the video. It sounded like you were on Randy's squad so I'm sure you got a lot of great advice.

I squaded with Wes. He's a great guy with alot of knowledge he offered up to some of our squad.

He's a hard worker and we got done in good time. I'd gladly squad up with him again.

Thanks Randy. The pleasure was mine. I will try and make it next month too. I just have to practice my shotgun game and keep practicing the handgun. I keep jerking that trigger and taking my eyes off the front sight.
