    3. Used video editing software to create movie.

The sound sync is really annoying to me. Any ideas?
You're not doing anything wrong. The way sounds like gunshots records on video is always delayed. It has to do with the mic and the fact that images record faster than sound does. You'd have to re-edit the sound to match the action.

OTOH, I'm unclassified, so take it for what it's worth. (hoping to change that on Sunday though)
I've notice the bigger guys tend to drop the support hand so they can pump their arm to get their greater mass going. The smaller wirery guys do well with keeping both hands on the gun and just bringing it into their chest to center their gravity. There are exceptions of course as everybody is built differently. I actually ran splits off a timer to figure out what worked for me. On short runs of 6 steps or less I don't get enough acceleration before I have to start applying the brakes. Thus no need to pump my arm. When I take 12 steps or more I can really open up the throttle and get that arm pumping and the wheels rolling.

Ray, I put my timer / chrono in the "for sale" section. Maybe you guys can use it?
