    If you are classified in any division in USPSA (at least D class), you should be able to shoot at any club in general.

      Both Richmond and Diablo (@USI, Concord) offer USPSA courses to get you qualified. Richmond also does IDPA and 3 gun.
      I'd agree with you but then we'd both be wrong...
