I suppose it would depend on the terms of the bankruptcy, but generally, a company goes bankrupt exactly because their liabilities make the business insolvent, so are wiped clean. New owners would not have to honor old obligations. Clearly if the new owners wanted to continue the existing business in a sustainable way, it would be prudent to try and retain existing members/customers. If all that was the case, I'd guess there would be a new pricing structure with some form of discount to existing members.

Of course if it is some Chinese-owned solar farm, they'd want nothing to do with us. The farther we stay away, the better for them.

I suspect that they may be stopping all training until the lawsuit is settled. Perhaps caretakers left onsite to just maintain it. Once all the hubbub is settled, then it goes back. I agree that it is in the best interests of the lenders to work something out with the new owners to keep it going, but only after Dr P is out of it.

Good observation. Usually classes are scheduled 6 months ahead.

How is it going to end? I think when the Foreclosure happens and a select group of Members will purchase it. They will structure it as needed to make it sustainable. The Lender will put additional money into the Site and develop it further.

So, as of this morning... Both my boys' accounts are still good; and so is my wife's (yeah, I have been seeing that Gold Status does not immune one from Iggy's wrath).

That said, is the end really near? I am quite piqued to see how this all ends!

Yup. My wife that I had upgraded to Gold Status for $50… She got another Iggy email asking for more money $$$. WTH!?!

Same dance, different song.....

Next will be upgrade to "Super Duper Gold Status" member.

Update:

I upgraded to the Knight Membership in December 2021 for $1997 to get the personal training package and the RIA 1911, DVDs and other crap.

When Iggy sent his email on January 18th changing the whole deal I contested the charge with my bank and the charges were reversed and I thought it was a done deal... though I wondered since my membership still shows (or showed last time I checked which was sometime in February) as Knight and I expected it to be downgraded to Founder or whatever.

My bank reached out and they said Front Sight is contesting my CC charge reversal and says I am getting all my benefits and am currently using my benefits - showing my logins to FrontSight.com as "proof". My logins were to see what the status of my membership was at the time given all this nonsense Iggy is pulling.

I am supposed to send them Iggy's email from January showing where he changed the terms of the deal.

Same boat, but when I filed I provided ALL of that stuff. BS that they want MORE info, saying that same BS about using the service, and that the membership was non-refundable. My next move will be a call to the CC company and elevate it up to a supervisor. I had justification that was airtight and the CC company bought Iggys crap about the use by checking the "My Front Sight".
