Range Bag?

I'm bewildered by all the criticisms that the bags "get heavy". It only gets as heavy as all the crap you choose to put in it.

I have been using a Midway bag and take it out at least weekly for 5 years. I am really pleased with it for $40 or whatever it was. Sure it gets heavy when I have three handguns, and 400 rounds of ammo, and all the usual gear. That's why it includes a shoulder strap. If you want it lighter, take your 22 instead of your 1911.

That's my experience also. I've used the Midway since '05 and I've hauled it across 7 states with no issues.
