The trigger is adjustable. Try taking all the over/under travel out. Once it works, slowly start taking the some of the travel out.

"Drop in" does not mean that don't have to know what you are doing. You still need a good understanding of how the Glock trigger works and what role each part of the system plays. Otherwise you won't be able to troubleshoot it or get it adjusted correctly.

Or you really have a problem. But it doesn't sound like you completely understand the system. Do you have the Glock inspection plate?

Called zev, its not user error. He took 20 mins to guiding my buddy. Still didn't work... He said its a known problem and that he'll have it fitted for us for free if we ship it. Which we did. Now we wait... Lol
