I've reloaded 100 rounds of 50AE 50 with 29 gr of w296 and 50 with imr 4227. It looked like they had a good crimp everything fit in the mags. But I was having failure to feed issues with both loads. Anyone have suggestions on how to eliminate the issue.

You didn't mention bullet weight or powder weight for the 4227.
29 gr is on the light side for 50ae, actually it's the starting load. You may be short stroking the gas action, ejecting the empty but not grabbing the next round.
It's not PTSD, it's nostalgia.Comment

People don't like to be meddled with. We tell them what to do, what to think, don't run, don't walk. We're in their homes and in their heads and we haven't the right. We're meddlesome.

Yeah what kinda pills you running?
I have only reloaded 5 50AE rounds and they had no primers and no powder in them. They looked hella nice though.
Much longer than 1.600 and you might have issues. AND I think 335 was about the heaviest I would want to go in a Deagle.7 Billion people on the planet. They aint ALL gonna astronauts. Some will get hit by trains...
