Identify the chamber that does this.

So I was separating brass today and came across these .45acp.
I have seen the Glock bulge but this seems excessive.
Can anyone identify the chamber that causes this.
This would be a reloaders nightmare.

Any unsupported chamber will do that if the load is too not or there's bullet setback upon chambering.

Considering the width of the extractor mark, I'd take a wild guess it's from an AR platform.

Edit: But looking at some online photos, probably not.

My best wild arss guess is thin brass, high pressure and a unsupported chamber. (or your brass didn't practice birth control and its pregnant)

          Indoor range. No AR.

Someone got waaaaaay overzealous on a ramp polish. If you show us the spent primer, we can tell you if it is a Glock or not.

Square brass flow means Glock. I seriously doubt that is a factory barrel that is untouched. Probably Bubba'd. That thing looks jacked.

That doesn't look like a Glock imprint. The firing pin dent looks round.

Since those are mixed cases, I think the person that reloaded those made them real hot. They could have been loaded to 45 Super specs, but in a standard case. The internal pressure was most likely over +P.

                            .
I can barely see the rectangular imprint on the top cases but this angle it's not definite.
