    RCBS awesome customer service

I bought a Pro 2000 about 15 years ago and I was just loading 45 ACP. I did the primer tube conversion because I didn't like the APS system. I quit reloading about 10 years ago and just recently decided to start loading again. I have moved a few times since then and the press has got kind of beaten up. The spent primer tube and cup were all trashed and I wanted to try going back to the APS system. Any part that wasn't connected to the press I've lost. So I called up RCBS yesterday with a laundry list of parts I needed like the APS large and small primer parts, the spent primer tube and cup, the large powder metering screw, small and large rifle powder bushings, etc and they said they are sending me all the parts for free except for two so it only cost me $24. I couldn't believe it. So awesome.

I want to start reloading .223 and .308 for my AR guns so I'm sure I'll be on here asking a bunch of FNG questions.

My favorite reloading co. I've got a old 4x4 & a rock chucker with their die sets. Their customer service will spoil you.

I had a bad day and broke my decapping pin. I ordered a bunch of stuff from RCBS which included a bunch of decapping pins and another set of dies. After two weeks I called to check the status of my order and the dies were back ordered. They sent me a bunch of extra decapping pins to make sure I could continue reloading. Great company.

I had a '77 SB .223 die set I screwed up because at the time I couldn't afford a tumbler, they just recently replaced them free of charge I'am a fan boy.

I had an old press given to me but was missing the handle. The new handles are bigger, so RCBS actually drilled and tapped the press to accept the new handle, then provided the handle to me, all free of charge. I've been a happy customer ever since.

I agree will all the statements. I had a 30 year old beam scale that failed to return to zero. I emailed them to find out if there was a repair I could do. They said send the scale to them and they would give me a prognosis. I ended up getting a new scale sent back. No charge. Amazing service.

I picked up an old Ammocrafter II that was missing some parts. Pulled up the schematic on their site and emailed for prices. Had the parts in two weeks for what I felt was a very fair price. I essentially got a new heavy-duty press for $66.

I finally get to hear of people that are being charged. From all the posts of RCBS warranting parts and not charging, I thought I was the only one that was being charged (or told to buy from Midway).

It seems like some reloading companies are like poridge from the three little bears tale. Some don't quite have enough good CS, others have too much good CS and others are JUUUUUUst right...

I have never really heard anything bad about RCBS and they charge just a bit more than Lee for their products, but their CS is probably the best in the business from what I have seen. I really do like them. For the prices you pay for their products (which are not bad prices) you get excellent CS. Damn, it has been almost a week now and I am still waiting for my freaking o-rings from Hornady that I PAID for... :\

Like I said they sent me almost all my parts for free and I told them I lost them.
