Request for load data 175gr .308 (imr 4064)

I would like to do a ladder test, however, the only ranges around me are 100 yards, any ideas on how to do one at 100 yards? or any tried and true loads out there for 1:12 twist? I know 175 is on the heavy end for this rifle, but i got a killer deal, and still hear good things. any help would be great, thanks!

It depends on the powder lot and on your brass and on your particular barrel.

its a Remington 700 ltr if that helps, i usually do 3 shot groups of 0.5 gr increments and find the tightest group, i just use up a lot of ammo that way, thought i would try and minimize it this time.

What rifle do you have?As a example I have a 1:12 on my M1a and I load 175/178 with 42 gr IMR4895 or Varget with L.C. match brass,4064 will be close.

i think 3 shot groups instead of a ladder test is going to work, living in the bay area sucks for long distance shooting!

It depends on your brass and your powder lot and your PARTICULAR barrel. Telling us it's an LTR won't help. Tell us what brass you're using and how much velocity you're getting with a particular charge of 4064 will.

Highpower can be shot with a scope.its a category that is expanding due to eyes of older shooters not being good enough for irons.

Unless your rifle is milled to accept stripper clips, you will not be able to reload, or a scoped ar variant will work.
