Your good bro. We are here to help. Its okay to ask for help in my opinion. This is a positive thread and I am sorry you got singled out. Enjoy reloading and being a part of this forum. Lots of great people and lots of information to further your enjoyment of your hobby and interests.

The calguns reloading community is a great place and I have enjoyed helping folks and educating folks who come here looking to do nothing but wtt/wtb/wts things. But should there be a minimum requirement for people in the pay it forward thread? Yes. I think there should be. It should be simple, nobody request anything. Only people that should be posting are those that are giving and maybe those that are sending PMs inbound.

If people post requests, well, now it is more of a WTB post and that rubs certain people the wrong way here. I can not imagine WHO it would rub the wrong way, but I am SURE that there must be SOMEONE that does not like it. THIS action of course only gets compounded when someone who asks ALSO has a very low post count by their name. Very low post count = 5400 posts or less. j/k 5200 or less. j/k again prolly around 100+ posts or anyone still labeled a jr member OR anyone who has about 96% of their posts in the marketplace. Those folks only come here for one thing, to BUY and SELL and rarely use this place to contribute or help out others. It is sad but that is just the way it is.

ANYTIME we see new jr members post in threads like this or even in this forum lately, it seems they are just asshats that do not care to follow the rules and all they wanna do is sell their crap or ask to buy stuff, IN OUR DISCUSSION FORUM. Which is not allowed and then we all dogpile on them for it...

I know this is not the case here. Welcome new reloader. If you have been here for only a few visits, then now you know why we are a defensive bunch and why we say and act as we do. We are a generous bunch with varying backgrounds and professions and we enjoy helping folks out, which is why this thread was even started in the first place. I think it is a good thing and I think that we need to self police it and monitor it as well.

Now with that said, I am still thinking of what I want to contribute. Now that I have no more 800-x powder, I guess I have a pink vibrator that I no longer need... If roscottjr is local to the corona/riverside/chino/redlands/perris/morenovalley/pedley/ranchocucamonga/ontario/upland/colton area then perhaps we can meet up. Heck, I will even throw in all the extra batteries...


Who knows, Since leverevolution gun powder is now just a crock of horse****, Maybe I will offer some of that in the future too. Does this stuff even WORK for anything other than what is listed? I would not believe it unless I saw independent data anyways at this point...

I have a RCBS 8mm Mauser (8x57) die set that's free to a good home. Its about a year old, loaded maybe 400 rds through it. The bad: the sizer die has a bent decapping rod where the sizer ball is, which also resulted in a broken decapping pin. I'm sure rcbs sells replacements, or they might just send it free if you call. Also, the hinge for the plastic box the dies came in is broken. The seater die is in good condition. Free to whomever wants it.
