Plated bullets in glock

I previously had the same issue; keyholes left and right. Probably couldn't hit a wall even if it were right in front of me. I loaded up some 180gr Xtremes under 8.7gr of 800x and Winchester LPP last night and tested them out in my G20SF today. Zero keyholes and my accuracy improved vastly.
1. Bell the cases just enough so that the bullet will barely sit in the casing.
2. ZERO crimp. Dont even put it through the crimping die. Don't even look at it. Only crimp enough to remove the bell, but not enough to squeeze the bullet if you must.
3. Hand weigh EVERY charge to ensure consistency, especially with 800x.
Note that 8.7gr of 800x is Hodgdon's online website book max load, and according to them should be about 1200 fps.Comment
