Brass Marking Ideas? For range pickup

yeah, I just black sharpie over my primers. no one else at Iron Sights does this that I've seen.

The best method to mark your brass is to use a tool that is a spring loaded scriber it is used to make lines in metal and to mark drill hole locations, you mark the area between the rim and the bottom of the case, I can send you a pic via email I'm not sure how to do it on my phone but I'll try

This method does not interfere nor weaken the brass cause that is the thickest part of the brass, hope this helps, BTW you can get the tool at any home depot or Lowes or sears

This photo was for headspace separation indications, but the case marking, a sharpie band around the case, is my way of finding my brass quickly.

Stamp pad with postal ink , just stamp the head. Postal grade ink doesn't wipe off.

Where can one order said ink pad. My googlefu seems to just fine the everyday office ink pad. Can I just show up at my local postoffice and ask for one?

Office Max , Staples. It isn't on a pad , that you get separate and have to roll it on. That's where I found mine.

Finding a solid rubber stamp the same size as a 50rd box would be cool.

Might make one with a sponge and use dykem ink in Tupperware container.

I usually just draw a line across the head like Bumslie. Never seen any other brass out there like it.
