Pre-panic rush to get 7.62x39?

I picked up a some Golden Tiger last night from sgammo.com. They had 600 cases at around 5pm. I placed my order a little over an hour later and stock on hand was reported at 474 cases. Today they are down to 98.

B: if not they might use their own ammo up

anyway; buying in the prepanic rush is perfect.

C: I'd also buy the bullets for reloading if you reload. Sure they'll be gone soon too.

"Golden Tiger" is really popular in itself isn't it? I think even before the December panic it was hard to get a hold of.

I think we will see a small run on Ak ammo. It won't last long.

goldentiger is my favorite 7.62x39 ammo. based on gunbot, its only a couple cents more than pre-dec2012.

my guess, people are realizing the 7.62x39 round is such a cool round and does so well inside 300 yards that rather than buying a 300black (which i am contemplating myself right now), they're buying a 700ish dollar AK, and having a ball at the range sling 30cals.

or, people are just stocking up in the event of another one of those events. like the posters said, better to get it pre-panic. i mean, look at all the guys who bough $40 dollar pmags...right before 1/1/14, they were selling rebuilds for $11-$14 dollars if you looked. i think i might have bought a couple during the panic, but i cant recall, nor do i want to remember

from what ive been told...most 762x39 comes from Bulgaria, Romania and Ukraine these days...even WOLF makes alot of their ammo outside of Russia now..plus the Russians dont general issue 762x39 as a standard infantry round anymore...the 54r is the most bought ammo from Russia these days...
