    LeverRevolution Powder for .308?

So I was browsing some sites and it seemed to be that LeverRevolution powder has been in stock, so looking it up in my Hornady Manual, it is used in the 307 Win and 308 Marlin express, both loads use similar/ same powders as 308. LeverRev also burns very close to Varget, the great unicorn.
I haven't seen any data for Lever Rev in 308 but from what I can surmise, it should work quite well, given the 307 Win is very similar to 308 (uses same reloading dies) except it is a rimmed cartridge and the case walls of the brass is slightly thicker than commercial 308 cases.

I wanted to know if someone had Quickload, and could extrapolate data for Leverrevolution for me in 308 win. and possibly 223 Rem.
all standard seating depths and measurements,Thanks in advance,
Or if someone has another link to share, that would be great help as well.

Edit:All information herein is not detailed in any documented manual and therefore you are at fault if you take this info and blow yourself up

    1. The 308 marlin express is similar but that doesn't mean anything.
    2. Location on a burn rate chart has zero to do with how a powder actually preforms in a certain cartridge.
    3. I would not assume what you have assumed.

There have been calls into Hodgdon regarding this specific argument, they have all come back "Do not do it, this is not what the powder was designed for."
I have worked up a load with LV in a .223 case, it is not pretty. It functions and I haven't hurt myself but pressure can, and has changed instantly with different temperatures or primers. Velocity is fair (that might be optimistic) at max comfortable pressure, it overgasses the AR at said load, smells like poop, gasses your eyes out and is only decently accurate, it's also dirty.

If you are not comfortable working up a load with LV from scratch then you shouldn't play in that sandbox. No offense meant.

weg: That device is obsolete now. They replaced it with wizards.
frank: Wait a minute. There are more than one wizard? Is [are?] the wizard calibrated?

Doesn't sound like a good idea to experiment when there is no load data for that. I would call Hodgdon and whatever they say I would follow.

Thank you , this is exactly the info I was looking for, and no offense taken, if I'm about to blow myself up, I do appreciate if somebody yelled, "STOP!!"
I didn't want to be that guy at the gun show with a patch on his eye.

As from scratch, I had ideas of where to start, just wanted to see if the computer and theory agrees with me

I have made some loads for a purely educational experience, and haven't blown up anything yet.

The 308 is very versatile with a multitude of powders. I have seen Red Dot, 4350 and everything in between. I was pretty sure this had been tried before, but couldn't find any data about it.

I looked LeV on Quickload and that particular powder is not in the version that I have (I believe I have the newest version).

          Sorry...

Leverlution should ONLY be used to duplicate the ammo that they sell. I.E. They got 44, .357 and 30-30 or whatever and a few others, stick with those. If you have seen it in a box on the shelf, you can prolly replicate it.

If LeverRevolution has data for the .307 Winchester.. that case is identical internally to the .308 Winchester.. it just has a rim.. I would not hesitate to use the above named powder with .307 Win data.
