I have the Lyman 49th, Hornady, and Lee books. I usually consult all three and also look online with the powder manufacturers sites just to compare info. I have used the Sierra manual's .223 section because it was the only one that listed my powder. The more manuals you have to refer to, the better off you are - printed books or online.

Reloading books

The most valuable for load recipes is Lee, HANDS DOWN. The Book of Lee does NOT disappoint. As for reloading for past year, and really enjoying it, I am slowly progressing.
At this time I only have two books, Sierra and Lee. There are some loads that I am looking for and cannot find in either one.
What book(s) has the most valuable information that is out there? Could it be the Lyman 49th edition or what?
Lyman is very good for instruction from what I heard. Lyman has some load data too, but Lee is the ultimate and they gather load data from all over to compile it in there...7 Billion people on the planet. They aint ALL gonna astronauts. Some will get hit by trains...
