    I reload 300 win mag and as many stated there are too many variables. If you have a crono by a few different size bullets load up about 5 of each and go try them out. Check out powder manufacturer website they usually give some good info on many different weight bullets. Also some manuals have some "light loads" from time to time.

      you should be able to load it down but, a faster powder would make it easier. there is probably is someone out there that is loading lead for it.

        I wouldn't imagine light loads in magnum cases are typically accurate, the case is only partly filled with powder, and best results are usually obtained by a full cartridge

          As of now I have powder,brass, and primers for it. I haven't chosen a bullet yet though. I'm also gonna take a loading class cause I honestly have very little confidence as of now to do it and ruin something. I have some reloads that were made that used a 130gr Speer hollow point that I might try and use/copy if it shoots good

            you have to be carefull about loading down slow powders down they're not as flexible as faster powders . I'd look for some 4064.

                Hey good for you on taking a class !!! I wish there were classes around when i started out... But i did have my cousin as a mentor... It really helps to SEE someone reload ,, and show you why they are doing things the way they are... Good shooting... Cheers...
