45-70 loads i dont understand

All 45/70 case manufactures sizes are different as far as amount of powder they hold. What brass are you trying to use? Winchester? If you want excellent advise go over to marlin owners dot com they have a entire section delicates to 45/70 and what not to do when loading.

Hopefully in the future powders will become more of the available. we can all hope. I have only been loading since New Years . So well i got a,late start on the new hobby.
