    9mm hollow base?

I accidentally ordered some plated 9mm tips and i did some reading about them and it says there made more for older guns to help seal when you shoot, the gun im using has less than a 100 rounds threw it is it gonna be a problem reloading them? And if not is there anything different about reloading them?

First of all, they are called BULLETS, not tips. Get the terminogy right.

Second, they are not made for older guns. They are made for all 9mm P guns and the hollow base does not expand to seal the bore. It is too thick. The purpose of the hollow base is to make the bullet longer to give you better seating depth flexibility. This is important when running a finicky 1911 as you may run out of bullet length before you achieve a reliable OAL.

          LoL...

Is THAT what those are for? I was gonna order some for 40 cal. I was looking for some of those 180gr Heavy Plate Concave Base that said they were thicker. I thought maybe those were better to use for 10mm and some longshot... :\
