Prolly a little better than plated.
Plated is still a harder/more brittle coating and the lands can cut into it. Plating is usually only rated to about 1500 or so fps USUALLY. Many folks say not to go above 1200 fps. But coated bullets can usually go faster and their coating is usually a little more flexible, like a very hard polymer/rubber so that it may get pressed in by the lands of a rifled barrel, but it is usually flexible enough to stay together and not get cut. I am unaware of a hitek coating or what it is made of. I only do PC but now I am going to try a batch of hBN PC so this should be very interesting. PC bullets can go to about 3000+ FPS.7 Billion people on the planet. They aint ALL gonna astronauts. Some will get hit by trains...
