When is the next I.E. Reloading Workshop?

Unfortunately I was unable to make it to the last I.E. Workship hosted by Bumslie. I am pretty bummed about that because I just got my press and I am ready to start loading my own rounds.

But I would really like to go through one of these workshops before I do anything that way I know the ins, outs, and the what-not-to-do's of reloading.

Does anyone know when the next workshop might be?

Yeah Bumslie was a great host. He did a super fantastic job and I applaud his efforts...
    Him and Big Bronco both.

Where are you located at? What city? (don't worry, I won't tell n-e-1).

I think it was mentioned that there might be another one sometime after the new year, but I guess it depends on interest.

      I am in Riverside.

I am really bummed out that I missed out. I hear it was a great learning experience and the hosts were fantastic.

I WILL make the next one......

Yeah, what press you got? I can help you set it up and get ready to load and all.

You got components and dies too?

I picked up the Lee Anniversary kit while it was on sale at Midway.

I also already have a digital scale and caliper, quick change bushings, and the dies.

I am picking up projectiles from the group buy tonight, I have 1lb of Titegroup, primers, and I will have brass after a range trip this weekend.

I do not have a loading manual yet, I know I need to get one and read it. But I do have the Hornady App on my iPad to tell me charge weights.

One thing that I think I have seen a pattern of is that when you buy a loading manual from a company that MAKES bullets, you tend to get stuck with loads for THEIR bullets, and since Powerbond/Xtreme/Berry's do NOT make manuals, you're almost locked in to loads that are gonna be more costly up front. Therefore, I am going to STRONGLY recommend that ANYONE who wants a loading manual who does NOT have one start out with either a Lee or a Lyman. Lyman has a little more info in it, but Lee has HELLA more load recipes. Something to keep in mind.

All the others like Hornady or Sierra can be purchased as a second or third book IMO. And I bet Dillon would have an EXCELLENT book, except that they have not yet been able to talk Lee into selling them the rights yet... (that was funny right there, I don't care who you are that was a good one...)

I think Midway USA had the frankford Arsenal bullet pullers for around $11.99 or something on sale. You should get one. They are good for NOT just pulling bullets, but if you accidently seat one too far you can pull the bullet out a bit and then adjust the die.
