I collect Military Arms and enjoy shooting in local matches. I also collect older Lever Actions, especially those chambered in odd/old cartridges. If you have a nice old Winchester or Marlin in 25-20, 32-40, 38-55, 40-60, 45-70, etc etc, please PM me and we can work out a deal.

I have heard no mention of that.
Did you ask him where he heard that?

The only thing stupider than that officer is the title of this thread.

There was a bill passed a few years back addressing this, and was immediately challenged in court and blocked by a Judge in Fresno. Haven't seen it back in the news since then.

                  That was "just" loaded ammo.

No, as the others said, this is not true.
But you are to be commended for bringing your question here as opposed to spreading such FUD further

I will try to find the text of the bill, but I believe reloading components were part of the bill too. I know that after reading it, I bought a load of brass, powder, primers, and bullets. If I was mistaken, it turned out to be a "good" mistake for a change.

And if we want even BETTER prices then we can always go and buy things in bulk on just about any website because as long as nothing happens, there will be a huge stockpile left online is that true?
There fixed it for you. And the answer is Yes it is absolutely true. It is happening already. I am waiting for the price of the SRP and LPP to drop back down to SUB $20/1k prices before I buy anymore...
