Seriously? That is garbage for reloading.

I use a gemini Pro 50gram, it weighs in milligrams. That gives me .02 grain readings. More preceise then I probably need, but it only cost me $20 from amazon.

People that use gemini scales seem to love them.

SO, +1 for the gemeni users.

As for a beam scale to doublecheck your digital scale, or vice versa, RCBS 5-0-5 or just about any, even the Dillon would be okay, but you only need to spend about $70 on one...

Nothing wrong with digital scales. Just like balance beam ones, they can become inaccurate if not cared for, store properly or used in an environment conducive to their work.

Keep them out of drafts, out of the sun and on a sold stable platform.

      I'd suggest starting here : http://www.oldwillknottscales.com/sc...ion.html#grain

pick the column and row that matches your need. Most of us never weigh anything over 300 gr and very few need a resolution past 0.1 gr.

AS the capacity goes up and the resolution gets finer, the scale cost goes up.

Here is the section the GemPro is in :http://www.oldwillknottscales.com/se...-0_1&search=GO

I have the Jennings JS-50XV. A great scale for most reloaders.
