Help with 50 Cal. Action Express.

    Gentlemen and Ladies,

I'm helping a friend reset two bullets into de-primed 50 Cal, Action Express Brass. She would like to make a necklace(s) in memory of her late husband.

I am looking for a reloader who has 50 Ca. Action Express bullet seating dies to complete the task.

Nothing found on eBay, so here I am.

I am will send the two pieces of brass and the two bullets and pay for the assistance.

If you know of someone who may be able to assist me, I will gladly accept the referral.

    Your help is appreciated,

    Thank you,

I have 50 A.E. Dies I THINK. I would have to load them up but doing this seems very easy, you just want me to make two bullets without primer or powder in them?

I will only need to do the following:

    Lube the cases,
    resize,
    clean the cases,
    seat the bullet,
polish the cases and what not with brasso or something for polishing brass and protecting it and that's it?

Do you want a crimp too?

Kinda crazy that my FIRST 50 A.E. loads are not for my Deagle, but for someone to wear on her neck...

Yes, a heavy crimp as this will be hanging from a necklace. Can I mail them to you?

I was joking about the crimp. But I guess I can put one on. Can you send me 5 pieces of each in case I mess up once or twice? I want to give you some good pieces, but I want to give you the option of choosing the best.

how will these be attached to the necklace? are you going to drill through the case or will you add some type of eyelet through the flash hole/primer pocket? if the latter is the case it will have to be added before the bullet is seated.

The chain attachment point can accomplished either way. I have braised/soldered an eyelet into the primer flash hole after the bullet is seated for 30.06 cases and they work well to this day. Drilling a hole throw the case is cleaner and looks nicer.

              Thanks for your question.
