selling brass

I don't reload

so I keep my brass and sell it to offset the cost of shooting.
My recent sells prices in SACTO:
all once fired mixed headstamp:

45acp= .06
9= .04
223 = .06
.38 = .04

Ammo doubled from 3 yrs ago and so have my prices on brass.
Maybe this will help and keep in mind the market will dictate the price.

Brass does not seem to be going down in price... maybe hanging onto to the brass for a couple of years is 'investing in precious metals'...

Blazer Brass loads just like any other brass casing..

22 lr brass can be recycled this way, if you have enough of it, or you can opt to buy the corbin tool ($400) that turns .22lr brass into light .224 cal bullet jackets to make into .224 cal bullets for your OLL.

General prices:

45 acp - $.06 ea
9mm - $.02 - $.03 ea
40 S&W - $.03 ea
38 spl - $.03 - $.04 ea
44 magnum - $.25-$.30 ea
.223/5.56 - Unprocessed = $.045 ea
.223/5.56 - Processed (sized, deprimed, primer pocket swaged, cleaned) = $.09 - $.10 ea

All of these prices are about what I'd sell and/or pay for brass.

These prices are pretty on the money for what is currently being offered. You can always find it a bit cheaper buy winning a low bid on Gunbroker or just scrounging the local adds but if you start paying to ship the stuff it goes up another 20%+ for S&H. Just one of the recent deals I stumbled on was 750 once fired military 30-06, 500+ 38/357 nickel once fired commercial, and another 500 or so once fired military .223 all for a 20 dollar bill. There is a guy at the Crossroads Shows that routinely sells very nice condition (tumbled clean) once fired .45 for 60 per 1K and half that price for 40 S&W in the same condition. Whatever you do, always, always, hang onto your spent brass.
