I purchased 5000 Tula SPP's a while back, so far out of 400 loaded I've had 3 failures. So I'm not too impressed. By comparison out of 8000-10000 CCI and Winchester I can not recall 1 failure! Will not be loading ammo for comps with Tula.

I stopped using Tula small pistol primers because of all the failure to fires I would get in both my striker fired guns, they were good for malfunction drills during matches. It was funny hearing the other competitors in the background yell out "Tula primers" when I would clear a failure to fire because I wasn't the only one with that issue! Switched back to Winchester primers and problem went away. I still use Tula primers for everything but small pistol.Comment

Yea I have started using Tule SPP for training luckily I have 5000 CCI so I use those for comps now. I can handle a failure in training, but it really sucks in a comp.If you want change you have to put in your 2 cents, you can't just sit on the sidelines and whine.Comment
