    Load-Master

I'm thinking of buying a Load-Master. I'm having a hard time deciding what options to get? Thanks.

What calibers are you reloading? I picked one up a few months ago, but still buying accessories for it, still can't find a shell plate to reload 40s&w

What do mean by options? like the bullet feeder or case feeder? There aren't many things you can add onto it.

If you are in the Bay Area I can lend you one until you find your own.
Rarely use the load master I have.
Put notifications in at Midway and Natchez if you haven't already and try Titan

Extra turrets, the other size primer setup from what you bought with the LM, case collator, additional case tubes; for different size brass. There are three case sliders, buy the two you didn't get with the LM. The case ejector is the part that flips the assembled round out, sits on top of the shell plate, gets worn after 5-10K rounds. Universal depriming die. Double disc and adjustable powder measure vernier part for the powder measure. Lee Reloading Book.

They're up to Gen3 on primer assemblies, might want to get an extra one of each. Then if you mess it up, take a picture of the mangled one, email to Lee and they'll send you another one. Install the spare to keep you in business.

Just hit the Lee dealer webpages and peruse the listings. Get books, lots and lots of books. That's where you'll pick up on all the stuff to buy.

Nope, no sell. I like redundancy, fall back. But I do understand your pain and frustration. If you like, you can pick it up in Santa Cruz this weekend and ship back later when you get your own or pm me your address and I can send it down UPS and then just ship it back.
Some members here were very good to me when I first started out and I'm still a reloading noob without much to offer, but I'm a spectacularly well equipped noob (the ability in finding crap is the one gift I have) with a ridiculous amount of said redundancy, so if I can help someone out of a fix it is not a problem.

If you're near HB, you can test out my lock n load and see if you want that instead.

Those pigs at CTD have this in stock apparently. Part of some sort of kit. I hate those guys but it's your choice.

I went from the Load Master to the LnL. For me, at least, night and day. the priming system on the Lee drove me crazy. Like it so much I came across one of those deals too good to pass up and bought a second one. I know, I know, I'm kinda silly that way.

Just got a notification I placed way back. Wideners has Universal Clays, 4lbs for 73 bucks if anyone is interested.

All over the place, aren't I. Too much coffee too late.

I really appreciate that, but I wouldn't be able to use it right away. I'm still gathering components so hopefully I'll be able to get my hands on one by then. Thanks though.

Funny.... after responding, I went to search for the 19s shell plate and midsouthshooter had it in stock. I just love the email notification system, mainly because I never get them and had to visit the site to find out myself that they're in stock, haha. I ended ordering a few other items as well to offset the shipping. The case collector, a case gauge, double disc kit, and case conditioning kit. Now I just need to find some powder and primer, but that might have to wait until my GI bill money comes in.

You will have enough going on without the case feeder and bullet feeder, which can be added later. Get the "swivel adapter", so you can position the powder hopper where you want it. The "adjustable charge bar" is useful on .40 S&W or any moderate load for which the disk apertures don't provide powder drops as close to your chosen load as you want.
