    Yes, please explain to us your setup. Different setup can lead to different variations. Right now we are in the dark with no way to help except for throwing stuff out hoping it sticks (the liberal way)

      Sorry for not posting the setup before. I left the sizer on the first station. I removed the other 2 dies. I put the rt where the seater die was.

      I will go over the plate and the toolhead one more time tomorrow.

        Either you are measuring some burrs, your measuring technique or tools are flawed, or you still have primers in the cases or you are measuring the raised primer crimp on deprimed crimped cases.
