If that is 100 yards, impressive. If it 25 feet not so much.

They work. That's what most reloaders want with their first loads.

Very nice job. As long as you aren't posting this from a hospital bed, I would say it was a success!

Good job! Now the real fun begins: experimenting with all the different variables to churn out some super acurate ammo!

Good basic 1st result. What you need to do now is run your reloads over a chronograph and see what the velocity is. It should be in the 2900 fps or above range for 55gr. Depending on barrel length you may want to see as much as 3050-3100 fps range (more velocity will be realized from a longer barrel).

                    What was loaded length (OAL)?

Also, did you inspect the primers on the fired cases to see if there are any pressure signs? 22.5gr of Tac is a midrange load but you want to watch this no matter what.

I will assume this is with an AR. Did you check to make sure these loads were positively locking the bolt back on an empty mag? This is an important thing to know as it indicates the pressure is in the correct range for reliable functioning in a semi-auto. Solid testing is done by firing a single round from a mag and seeing if it locks the bolt back every single time. Run this test multiple times to insure consistency.

double check that oal, i hope you not compressing too much.
just keep on eyes on primer for over pressure sign.
