I guarantee Lee makes something that would fix those right up. The way guys talk about the LFCD on this forum maybe just try it.

I know Lee Buldge Buster can "unGlock" brass and ammo. Not sure if it could help in that extreme though...

LFCD fixes everything. Rounds not chambering? Its not because you miffed a step in the reloading process, its because you didnt use a Factory Crimp die.

I've done that before. Here's how I fixed it:

1 remove the decapping pin from sizing die.

              2 light lube the cases

3 run loaded cases into sizing die

This usually fixes the problem, sometimes not. Roll crimp works if you have a canneluer, if the bullet doesn't have one you usually smash the case. Don't worry about accuracy as studies have shown as long as the base of the bullet is not damaged accuracy will remain the same or at least will go unnoticed by the average shooter. Bench rest or bullseye shooters may want to change but for IPSC/IDPA or plinking you'll be fine.

I don't worry about wrinkles in the case. If you have ever had to fire form brass you've seen worse. It doesn't aid in the life of the brass but as long as you are not deforming it constantly you should be fine.

ETA: I studied your pics again and they don't look bad. I have a couple 30-06 I ham handed that looked worse. I did my above steps and they chamber fine.

don't mean to sound like a dick but I don't think you should reload if you don't have a puller of some kind. i'm a cheapass but I bought the cheap frankford hammer-type puller, as well as the forster collet puller for the press before I ever even started reloading. if nothing else, it helps with setup of dies, nevermind the occasional OOPS. if you don't have a puller, you shouldn't reload, period. even if you're perfect like some people claim to be, you're sooner or later going to need to pull something down. just pony up the 20 bucks and get one.
