Shipping Ammo ok?

FWIW, it was such a PITA that it wasn't even worth selling .22 for $100 a box. Nothing is worth fighting traffic to go to the downtown hub.

my driver picks up.. small residential [non-commercial address] pick-up fee but sending ammo in my pajamas is worth it.. may not even charge the fee if you don't 'call' them, rather flag them down in your neighborhood.. have to ask.. orm-d requires nothing special other than must be maintained on ground shipping.. they toss it in the truck just like everything else.. haz-mat transportaion is another story but orm-d [other regulated material - class d] is not a big deal..

I was wondering if that would work hah! I see the UPS driver on my block a couple times a week! The nearest UPS hub is only a couple miles from work, so its no big deal to drive there.

How about the new Diamond labels? Has anyone had any experience with only using them and not the ORM-D's. I found this article regarding the elimination of ORM-D labels.
