FYI; my powder order (Ramshot Hunter and Big Game) placed on April 17 shipped today. Seems that in my case at least they're ahead of website estimates

If you haven't ordered from them once before, be sure to email a picture of your drivers license and a note saying 'you are aware of local laws and they don't prohibit the storage or personal use of smokeless powder'. To make it easier: put your license on top of a sheet of white paper and write the note on there (with the order number clearly visable). It really helps the guys over at PVI, and it's a one time thing.

Hmm.. thanks for the heads up. I've never placed an order with them untill last month. Maybe I should send them an email with this information.

Will orders be delay'd if they do not have your info on file?

I didn't send them anything but my name, address , and credit card info. Delivered my powder no problem only a few weeks ago.

Their front page states:

FFL'S ARE NO LONGER REQUIRED. However, Non-FFL'S must send a copy of your driver's license and a statement that the storage does not violate any Federal, State or Local Laws. If you have a FFL, we would like a copy. Please include your Phone Number.

I placed my first order today for powder + primers. I wasn't prompted to send any proof of id or declaration of laws. Hmm. I don't doing so however.

We are currently processing orders with powder placed on April 6 and orders that do not contain powder from April 15!
