RCBS Rockchucker kit. Hand primer if it does not come with one. Vib brass cleaner, media, extra reloading block, stand for powder measure, 4" funnel modified, plastic ammo boxes and labels.

There is more as you go. The most important item to get is the Lyman #49 reloading manual and read it. It will answer most questions.

I am very new to reloading but I couldn't agree more with the others, a Dillon is not a good machine for a newbie and especially for rifle. Way too much going on, too much to setup and calibrate.

I bought the Lee Classic Turret, which is like a single stage but it has a rotating turret that holds all of the dies, which to me, seemed to be a bit simpler than a true single stage where you have to do all of one operation with one die, then change the die out for the next die to do the next round of operations. The Turret is faster but much easier to keep track of than on a progressive.

I would also agree with the others that the RCBS and Forster are built like tanks. I am pretty easy on my gear so I am doing fine with the Lee but the RCBS and Forster are much more heavy duty.
