    Is this press worth anything?

Hey guys I inherited this press and don't really have an interest in reloading shotshells.. It's a CH Shellmaster and I just wanted to see if they are worth anything? I am considering selling or trading it to help my other projects (AR build and centerfire reloading system build). I tried looking around online and couldnt find too much on this sucker.

    Thanks!

This seems like a good choice of thing to put up on eBay to see how much other people think it's worth.

I think a modern Lee brand shot shell reloader is about $75. But it's not nearly as sturdy as your press looks. On the other hand, the Lee would be functional.

First of all it is a CH SO I swould think that Fleabay would be the way to go. I thought that CH made some decent dies so maybe there is a cult following for their press that might surface on either gunbroker or fleabay...

Thanks for the responses guys. Yeah the thing is definitely sturdy. (and heavy!)

I think I will try good ol' craigslist and then ebay. Maybe i'll even throw it on the forums here!

I actually had something similar item for sale and didn't get much response on craigslist...so i put it on ebay. It was a vintage lee shotgun press, but it only sold for $30 and but I underestimated shipping by $10...so all in all, i didn't make any money selling after paying ebay and paypal. They are heavy so make sure you charge enough for shipping! Hope that helps.
