You know reloading is a disease when your latest rifle purchase is based around what powder is available.

I show my girlfriend my new caliber finds. She then expects me to explain why it exists. Then she goes off and watches Real housewives of somewhere while I research.

    Smart girl.

      I reload therefore I am.

Reloading is a disease when you clean and organize the loading area and the garage. You decide you need a few more ammo cans
After of course you look at the 49 filled ones .

whoa, that's hella can. i just got my first two .50 cal cans and I can't even fill up half of one with reloads.

Reloading is a disease when you are no longer annoyed at finding 380 brass mixed in with your 9mm and you actually consider loading 380.

380 is defiantly not my favorite caliber to load, but dam, it is one of my most cost saving calibers.
I will share my opinion and my load data, BUT I am just a guy with too many cigars and too many guns. Whatever I say is probably wrong.

You know reloading is a disease when you dream about scoring 20# of Varget and once you wake up you realized that everything is still OOS

When you spend more time at the range scrounging brass then you do shooting

when you go to the range and your goal is to come home with more brass than you left with.
                    yep!

..When you call a gun store to ask them if they have reloading components without even thinking of asking if they have factory ammo.

After watching WTC Bldg #7 being razed, and considering it's main occupants..

I stumbled onto this note while checking advanced weapons..
"911 = false flag. WTC 7 was brought down by demolition. 47 floors came down in 6 1/2 seconds - not hit by a plane. Just one of hundreds of absurdities that occurred that day. Wake up".

When reloading is the last thing you do before going to sleep and its the first thing you do when you get up in the morning.

You drive a concrete mixer truck to the range, so you can start tumbling your brass on the way home

...you're slightly annoyed that you have to scroll down so far on the home page to get to "reloading and ammo"

....you change your entire weeks work schedule to be home to sign the Graf's 3 month old order that has powder showing up either Tuesday or Wednesday this week.

You know reloading is a disease when, you own firearms that have never fired a factory round.

You know reloading is a disease when, you know the cost per round to the tenth of a cent.

You know reloading is a disease when, you buy factory rounds you make sure the brass is reloadable.

You know reloading is a disease when, you know the difference between boxer and burdan primers.
When you notice that berdan is spelled wrong.

When you empty your storage for .224 bullets and realize you have 5K 55 grain full metal jackets and you would have guessed 1K.

When loading and being shorted on bullets in the box ruins your day

When loading and getting an extra .224 Sierra 80 grain HPBT in the box makes your day.

Im failing to see a problem with this.

Sometimes i spend more time picking up brass than I do shooting. Other times I will go far out of my way to go check the local outdoor ranges to make sure no one is littering brass with absolutely no intention of shooting.
