    I learned with the Lymans 49th. Pretty good book.

      if you can afford to, i would suggest you get a few different books. i've got the lymans, sierra, hornady, speer and lee. and honestly every book has some extra tid bits the others won't have.

      just think of it as having a bigger pool of knowledge and info that you can pull from.

        Capybara-----There could be a good reason for your powders not being listed. Usually it is because they are not or less suited for a cartridge/bullet combo. Not always but usually.
        You may just be stockpiling the wrong powders. It is hard to make stuffed porkchops when all you have is chicken necks.
        A 30cal will reach out and touch them. A 50cal will kick their butt.
