Dillon Order Wait Support Group Thread

My XL650 showed up on 3/29 and set it up that night. Loaded up some 45ACP test rounds that now I need to go shoot!

303 calibre conversion kit just arrived.

Ordered online from Dillon website on 03/22. Shipped 03/28.

I'm guessing this is not a popular calibre to reload.

Placed an order through Enos for a tumbler,separator,case gage,650 spare parts kit, as it should be upgrades, and primer flip tray on March 4th and as of today's date have not received anything from that order. On a side note I ordered a case feeder with large pistol plate on March 6th and got it two days later. Go figure.

However, I was quoted a 4-6 week wait so I still expect a few more weeks before I see anything else.

I received everything except the tumble and media seperator today. 4 weeks total.

I just spoke with Dillon again today and placed another order for the shop. They are saying 6 weeks for delivery. I have three orders placed with 2 weeks between each one I will keep you posted if I receive it that way.

Sent my recently acquired (used) 30 year old 550B in for refurb on Wednesday of last week. They told me 4-6 weeks for the refurb.

Got a call today. Refurb is done and is shipping back to me tomorrow!!!! That's less than a week, including shipping!!!

They replaced a few parts for free and charged me their standard $65 fee.

Very happy customer here.

Ordered another XL650 setup for a friend on Sunday via Grafs. Let's see how long this one takes. From my other order 2 months ago, I have everything within 7 weeks.

My .223 carbide from my 1050 order got here in 6 days. Ordered on march 6 th, arrived on 13th. Still waiting for the majority of my order, though.

Don't know about lead times on the 223 carbide dies if ordering direct, but Grafs had them in-stock about 2 weeks ago. I saw them available for about 2 days before selling out.

OK here's a tip for you that are getting a XL650.

Don't cut the shell plate detent ball spring more than 1 coil. I did 1.5 coils and now it has issues indexing sometimes. I emailed Dillon this past weekend and today received a reply saying they are shipping me out one for free!

some of my order is starting to trickle in. couple of pistol dies are supposed to be here this week. No word yet on my .223 and .308 rifle dies.
