I use Xtreme because they are a great product and the best price going. If I was hung up on using only a true jacketed round I'd probably go with Precision Delta as I've heard good things and their prices are great for a FMJ. But, I like the plated, get good performance out of them and the price is right.

I also use Berrys when someplace has a killer sale on them. Last time I bought them Cabelas had them 20% off and $5 shipping so it worked out cheaper than direct from Berrys.

I use Xtreme because of price. I dont do the type of shooting where i would notice much of a difference in quality, although the quality has been top notch. Ive also used Berry's, Missouri, Montana Gold, Precision delta, and all the big name manufacturers.

Other. Because i cast my own for pistol.

For commercial cast, i used SNS and MBC before i got into casting my own and preferred SNS over MBC.

For jacketed i've always just bought Miwal reloads for 9mm because it wasn't worth it to cast IMHO, but maybe 9s have gone up a bunch since i last bought any. Been years and i still have a ton of em. Mostly just shoot 9s when somebody wants to try a gun at the range or for GSSF matches once a year.

RIGHT now PD is the same price for 115gr FMJ in 9mm... I think I saw $85 to your door for 1000 9mm 115gr fmj.

Stock up if you wanna shoot that.

I tend to shoot Extreme because I am mainly plinking but when I get back into the employed category I might go fmj with Montana Gold or PD.

Still though, Extreme Bullets in the 240gr RNFP 44 mags are SWEET!

X-treme, Berry's (if in a pinch, and they are sold locally), and have used Bear Creek cast (but don't like these as they seem to soot-up everything they touch with dark pseudo-moly, also sold locally).

Montana Gold JHP for my open gun, Larado, because for now, they're the only company making round nose .430 bullets and Bear Creek because they're cheap and shoot well.

I got extreme 9mm 124gr RN for $60 per thousand on a group buy. Plated uses less powder then jackted as well but more then lead.

                          Montana gold

Montana Gold shoots great in all my guns .380, 9mm and .40. I just ordered a case of 124g JHP 9mm @ $.09 each. They may be a little more money than others but they're worth it!

Bear Creek for the local matches and Montana Gold for major matches.
