    First time seeing this...

    Came across this while loading up some .45 ACP brass. Not to great of a pic, but theres a ring indentation around the brass. Found 3 of these in a batch of 100 reloads. What would be the cause and are they GTG? Thanks for the input.

    It is from the crimp. When you resize most of that will go away. It is ok to use.

        usually that ring around the case is designed to not allow the projectile to slide further into the case upon chambering the round.

        either way its good to go!

              Yeah, its the IN thing to do now a days. Get 3 bad tats, wear a grommet in yer ear, stamp a crimp-line on your ammo... You know.
