WAP load recipe .45 ACP

Have about .5 lb. of WAP , I'd like to spend up on paper.
Anyone have a good load for me? I've done my research and found the data for Ramshot SILHOUETTE, but seems pretty hot (8.9-9.9) -advice?

My Lee 2nd Edition lists 7.2gr as start, 8.1gr as max at a minimum OAL of 1.190" for that bullet.

Bout middle of the road-

Would you see also, if you have any specs for the same powder different bullet.

200 gr. lead cast RF
Powder charge as well oal.
