blackpowder burner- Right now I will drop them off to people within 20miles of me. Or people can pick them up from me in concord or I can ship them in a USPS flat rate box. However if I find a lot of people let say in san jose, I might just take a trip out there and people can pick them up. The price doesn't include me to ship them, I am picking them up in nevada. However since I am picking them up, I might have to pay tax. I will call them on monday and ask them.
