I'd have to agree, except when I was buying pulled m855 and m193 from Hi-tech for $27/k and they shot as well as factory new bullets. This was only a year or two ago. I didn't expect these to be so piss poor.

+1.... that's why i only goes with "premium" components.... afterall, you are investing quite a bit of TIME in this whole reloading business....
