I've used the Bear Creek stuff with no problems and it was accurate.
Have you tried making your own?
H&G #68 semi- wadcutter type design is a good mould to have. About $30 (ebay?)
Electric lead melting pot about $50
    Lubra-sizer, used, about $50.
Alloy lead about $.50/ lb or else wheel weights- I got 1500 lbs for free- well, it really cost a couple of six packs. The price is going up, though.
That's all you basically need for these times that you can't find any.
With a 4 to 6 bullet gang mould, you can crank 'em out.
For more money, get a bullet swagging setup.

1911 - Yeah its gone up, last I bought Speer bullets in bulk it came out to 60 or 65 per 1000. That was a great deal from Dillon I think because it was an inventory reduction of some sort. They were advertised as "seconds" but looked like brand new gold dots. Loaded easy and consistent accuracy. Cant find them anywhere now, even if I could I doubt I'll ever get a deal like that again.

Frank - I'll have to try some of those moly bullets. My 1911s should be ok with it, not sure how my HK will. I think I can only use fmj or plated ammo in that due to the polygonal rifling in the barrel. Not sure if the moly will harm it or not.

otter - I dont really want to invest in bullet making equipment at the time. I dont have the time either (barely enough time to reload). Good suggestion though.
