I've never have that issues .. occasionally I get few 9mm that stuck in 45 but nothing bad .. im using small hornady tumbler with walnut media and I dont put more than 400 each time .

after tumbling em . do you put em in separator ? how do you separate brass from media

also 7x57 and 460S&W. based on case size, it could theoretically happen to cartridges like 30-06/270 when mixed with 45 colt or 454, too.

        you can how ever tumble

        380acp with 9mm and 38 super

38 special with 357 mag and 357 sig

        40 S&W with 10mm

and 45ACP, 45 gap, 45 long colt, and 454 casull can all tumble together
I will share my opinion and my load data, BUT I am just a guy with too many cigars and too many guns. Whatever I say is probably wrong.

I had about 30 stuck in one another that I could not pull apart, there was a lot more but most of the I was able to pull, when I dump my tumbler I have a large tupperware and a vent with mesh on it that I got from homedepot, I set the vent on top of the Tupperware

LoL. I figured that out on day 1 of wet process rolling.

I only mix yellow with yellow, black with black and blue with blue and seperate rifle from pistol and 38/357 from 40cal...
