Awesome eBay experience.....

Hey folks...

I don't know how y'all feel about shopping on Ebay, but I wanted to let you know of an very very good experience I've had with a seller/shop there.

I ordered a Redding powder measure from this shop on ebay: http://stores.ebay.com/The-4-Sportsm...id=p4340.l2563.

Today it arrived and I was sent the wrong model. So after calming down a bit I sent them a message on Ebay, and within 10 minutes I received a phone call from the owner after business hours. He apologized and told me he would take care of it immediately. He told me he will send out the correct model and a return tag to send the first one back. I had a new tracking number in 30 minutes. Needless to say I was amazed and happy to see this type of customer service still exists.

I thought I'd pass on my experience to you folks. Might be good to give this guy some our business.....I'm sure I will again....

Good for you but it is fleabay. If you went to the fleabay police they would have froze his account, refunded you your money and shook him down to make him be faster next time... This is why you got the service you did. Too damn bad they treat their sellers like that. The ones that do not care do not last long. That leave the chinese and a few good sellers left...
