City of Sacramento requires fingerprint when buying ammo and a reason why are u buying it!! It gets faxed or emailed to Sac PD. if you drive to Carmichael or outside city limits u can buy without any problems.

Yup that is true but if you just go 5-10 miles out to say Elk Grove you do not need to be finger printed. I was told by a RCGE employee that have caught criminals(felons?) through the finger printing. bumb criminals!

If Cal Expo Fairgrounds is in Sacto, they weren't getting any fingerprints or anything else at the Gun show in March. Miwall had pallets of stuff to sell. I bought a couple of hundred rounds of .223 and just walked away with it.
