I got a set of LEE .45 acp dies and it came with a powder through expander die, im not using it in conjunction with the powder measure, just running it seperatley.
Im getting way too much resistance going into the die, then halfway through pulling it out (on the downstroke) theres ALOT of resistance. I have to force it, and although with enough pressure it pops out of there, its still disconcerting. It jars the whole press so hard that sometimes powder flies everywhere from a freshly charged case.
Used some degreaser and its not helping.
Also i noticed the bullet seating die is so narrow that the lip of the belled case grinds against the inside of it as its going up... Maybe im belling way too much?
